DBLO Association Receives Approval for the
Girard Area Community Foundation Grant 2022
through the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas
Weir, KS— December 13, 2022—DBLO Association (Dream Big Little One) was recently notified that the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas had awarded to them a Girard Area Community Foundation Grant for 2022.
The Girard Area Community Foundation is a philanthropic foundation through which anyone may use the Foundation to give back to the community. Individuals, families, businesses, and organizations may create charitable funds or contribute to the Girard AREA Community Foundation, which helps meet the challenges of changing times in that community.
The award for the proposed project, “Impacting Sleep for Children in the Girard, Kansas, and McCune, Kansas, Areas”, will assist in providing beds or bedding for adequate sleep specifically for children in the Girard, Brazilton, Hepler, Beulah, Walnut. and McCune, Kansas, and their surrounding rural areas who qualify for future assistance from DBLO Association.
DBLO Association is a 501c3 Non-profit corporation whose mission is to improve the quality of life for children in need by providing clean, new or reusable beds and bedding to children in the local area.
